All spa reservations require full payment upon booking, all bookings are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to amend treatment times when required.

Please provide us with 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your reservation and we will be happy to reschedule for a later date.

Otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
